How We Launched Our 4th Summit in Just 5 Months

And grew our network without spending 10s of thousands of dollars

Today marks a rather special moment for the team at Synergy Collab.

This morning HOPE.dev: The Summit 4.0 launched with 13 new speakers added to our growing list of Hope Master speakers.

The results of the summits have been spectacular, but it’s the transformation of ourselves that impresses me the most.

As the host, I’ve seen tremendous growth in my capabilities. From interviewing, sharing professional content on camera, to handling all the behind the scenes tech, it’s been a growth journey for sure.

I’m proud of how my team has handled the tight schedules, the tech issues (always plan for at least one tech issue..), and all the variables that come with planning a virtual event.

What I’m most proud of is the network we’ve created with our speakers. Need a Facebook and Instagram Ads person? I’ve got the guy? Need a professional storyteller? I’ve got the king of storytelling? Need an app developed? I know the first woman app developer to be in the Apple store. The list goes on…It’s taken a lot of work, but I wouldn’t trade it for anything.

Would I do it all again? Absolutely. The lessons learned, the transformations…they’ve all led our team to where we are today. And I’m beyond proud of that.
